   This agreement is valid, as long as you are a member/ use the services offered by UrduDost.com. UrduDost.com may deny/terminate your access to the Site for any reason with an email notice to you, provided by you.

2. Eligibility
   To register as a user of UrduDost.com, to avail our matchmaking services, the individual seeking a match must be of /above the permitted age, based on the laws of the country that the individual is residing in.

3. Content Posted on the Site

   • You understand and agree that UrduDost.com may delete any content, messages, photos or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of UrduDost.com violate the Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of other UrduDost.com and/or its users.

   • You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display or post on the UrduDost.com service, or transmit to other UrduDost.com Members. UrduDost.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of Content posted on the site. In exercising this right, UrduDost.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the site. If you fail to produce such evidence, UrduDost.com may in its sole discretion, terminate your usership without a notice.

   • By posting Content to any public area of UrduDost.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to UrduDost.com, and other UrduDost.com users, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

   • The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. UrduDost.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Service and terminating the usership of such violators without a refund. It includes Content that:

     1. is patently offensive to the online community, such as Content that promotes racism, bigotry , hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;

     2. harasses or advocates harassment of another person;

     3. promotes information that you know is false, misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;

     4. involves the transmission of "junk mail", "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";

     5. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;

     6. contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) ;

     7. provides instructional information about illegal activities such as violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;

     8. provides material that exploits people under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner, or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;

     9. Obscene/ Pornographic/ Vulgar pictures or textual material uploaded in the profile and/or transmitted in the E-mails and online chat.

     10. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users.

   • You must use the UrduDost.com Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

   • You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, . 

4. Member Disputes
   You are solely responsible for your interactions with other UrduDost.com Members. You agree and undertake that your interactions with the other UrduDost.com Members is at your sole discretion and responsibility, and that UrduDost.com shall not be responsible/ liable for confirming the veracity of the content of other UrduDost.com Members.

5. Privacy
   UrduDost.com.com will not intentionally monitor or disclose any private data unless required by law, enforcement agencies, regulation or court order. You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of others. In addition, UrduDost.com may on its own or as may be directed, provide any information required to the law enforcement authorities for any above wrongful usage. 6. Indemnification
   You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless UrduDost.com., its employees, directors, officers, agents and their successors and assigns from and against any and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, caused by or arising out of claims based upon the use of your account and contravention of any terms and conditions herein for availing of this service, including any claim of libel, defamation, violation of rights of privacy or publicity, loss of service by other members and infringement of intellectual property or other rights.

7. Disclaimer Policy
   UrduDost.com is not responsible for any incorrect / inaccurate Content posted on the Site or in connection with the UrduDost.com Service, whether caused by Users, Members or by any of the equipments or programming associated with or utilized in the Service, nor for the conduct of any User and/or Member of the UrduDost.com Service whether online or offline. Under no circumstances will UrduDost.com be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the UrduDost.com matrimony site or transmitted to UrduDost.com matrimony members. The exchange of matrimonial profile through or by UrduDost.com site should not in any way be construed as any matrimonial offer and/or recommendation from/by UrduDost.com.

8. Miscellaneous
   This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall be enforced.

Registered users of this site would receive emails pertaining to the services offered by the site.
